We are now offering Contactless Tax Preparation!

While we are still offering drop-off and in office appointments, we feel that during this time of uncertainty, that Contactless Tax Prep will be the safest way to have your taxes prepared.

It is Easy!!!! You take a picture of your w2’s and other tax forms, upload them to our tax client portal, we prepare your taxes and send them back to you. You can e-sign them and even pay for our services online, all done in the comfort and safety of your home!

Below are the instructions for setting up your Contactless Tax Prep account using our tax client portal:

1. Email Beth at Beth@GuardianAssociatesTax.com with ACCCOUNT REQUEST in the Subject line of the email.
2. You will receive an email from no-replysecurefilepro.com which will provide you with a Username and a link to click to set up your password and then access your account.
3. On the sign-up page you will enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and create & confirm a password with a minimum of 8 letters
4. On the page that opens, sign in with the password you just created and then you will be able to upload pictures or scans of your tax forms (W2’s, 1099’s, etc.)
5. We will contact you when your tax return is ready and give you further instructions on how to e-sign and pay online.
6. We will upload your tax return so you can either save it or print it out.

Nothing could be simpler!
